A friend had told me about a restaurant in the centre of the city that I found, to my great delight, for of course I wanted to see everything in the country.

I was evidently expected, I faced a beautiful young girl in the usual peasant dress.

When I came close she said: -I'd like to make a reservation for Monday night.

-I'm sorry, we're closed on Monday nights. - Oh! How about today..., now?

-Just one. How long will it be? -Okay, I'll wait.

She smiled and spoke to a tall man in shirt-sleeves,

He went away, but immediately returned with a menu. - Something to drink?

I'd like a glass of Chablis, please. The dish was delicious.

I enjoyed this moment, so calm and so tasty.

-Our chocolate mousse is my favourite.

After my coffee, I wanted to pay the bill.

    -Oh I'm sorry, I can't accept it.

-Of course, we always take cash! - Yes, it was very nice.

I'd love to come back.Thank you.

    Have a good night!
